If you need to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged the full fee for the session.
Due to the nature of our services at Island Sound Counseling there is often a way to keep an appointment if illness or inability to travel becomes a challenge. Please consider whether a virtual appointment may be an option rather than canceling an in-person service. Communication and planning are key.
